NEWSPAPER CLUB​
Students write, edit, and add visuals to a 21st CCLC newspaper which highlights our program activities.
UNION LAKE TRIP​
​
Students visited the lake and learned about the animals and water life in the area. In addition, they learned water safety and how to kayak and canoe.
CAREER WEEK AT CCC​
Students attended a 4 day event at the college involving careers. Events included college tour, presentations on college readiness and careers, STEM projects, career games, leadership development, and visioning.
LEGO ENGINEERING​
Students completed various engineering projects using Legos. Some of their projects were presented during the Afterschool Showcase.
CAR ASSEMBLY​

Students built cars and tracked the distance that they could travel.
COMMUNITY SERVICE CELEBRATION​
​
Students raised $200 for the Sheriff’s K-9 Unit. A celebration was held and the Sheriff’s Department was presented with a check for the money.
